Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your A'Micille Jewelry, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
When trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume/aftershave or cosmetics which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item must be returned in its original state. A'Micille cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
To make a return, please email email@example.com with your original order number and I will send you a quick and easy returns form and details for you to send back with your item.
Because this is a small business, I do not currently offer free returns. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Excluding earrings, all non damaged items will be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
Items returned after the 7 day period cannot be accepted.
You will need to ensure that you have proof of return. I recommend that you use a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item isn't received, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund.
You'll receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving your return, by the same method you used to pay.
I make sure to properly inspect every item before shipment. If you receive a faulty or damaged item I will happily replace your item and process a reshipment of the same item at no extra cost.
All Earring purchases made on the website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
